Daily NEWS [01.31.10] SMent share price are going strong as SNSD album sales rose
SM entertainment market share price has been going strongly for the past four days consecutively as Girls' Generation "Oh" album sales were skyrocketing.
According to Korea market place representative :" Sment share price has increased 1.47% till 4870won for past four days even in nowadays bear market".
The reason behind it was Sment artists' Girls' Generation album sales has been well received in market and the explosive popularity gained through their latest album "Oh".
Girls' Generation "oh" album sales has reached 150kpcs which is quite amazing, considered nowadays in economic downturn times. It's also a sign of new trendy arrival when the "Oh" song has conquered various music portal sites' chart ranking.
SM entertainment is #1 company in term of market share of pop music industry in Korea.
In the past, all their revenue were depend on their star like BOA, SES, HOT, and Shinhwa but now they've found their successor like Girls' Generation, DBSK and Super Junior.
Especially Girls' Generation has been contributed enormously to Sment company revenue with their three consecutively 100k+ plus albums sales which are SNSD "Girls' Generation" album "1st mini-album "Gee" and "2nd mini-album "Tell me your wish.
