SNSD Maknae Seohyun had been selected the one that the fans wanted to be congratulated by during graduation ceremony.
On 16th Feb on online music portal bugs,there is a survey about "Who you want to receive graduation garland from during graduation ceremony".This survey started from 8th till 16th Feb,and 1st position is none other than SNSD Seohyun who had recently just graduated from high school ,received the most vote of 44.46%.
